A long walk or play session before the shoot is key! It helps them to burn off any extra energy, so they can relax during the shoot. Make sure your pet is groomed and/or clean before the session. Bring along their favourite toys or treats to help keep their attention and give lots of rewards during the shoot. I will also have a fun selection of toys and treats on hand too!

Absolutely. We love when pet parents join in on the fun, and it’s a great way to capture the bond between you and your pet.

You are there to join in the experience with your pet! You will of course be their support system, to provide encouragement and to celebrate them. And we’ll also ask you to join in from time to time by giving treats, squeaking toys, throwing balls, etc. We’ll all work together to get the best shots and to have the most fun.

No worries. We want to make sure your dog is safe at all times, and we encourage the use of a long lead. Through the magic of photoshop we’ll remove the lead from the photo. Only in rare instances the leash may not be able to be removed.

Yes, absolutely. There may be some limitations, but we do our best to accommodate any pet.

Yes, you can select from our portable studio (in your home), your favourite outdoor location, or we could even rent a studio! Some additional fees may apply for location, studio or travel.

In the days leading up to the shoot we will monitor the weather closely. If it is calling for rain or any kind of weather not conducive and/or safe to shoot in we will reschedule free of charge.

The turnaround time for receiving your watermarked gallery is roughly 2 weeks. Once your selections are made, expect another week to receive your final digital files.

Yes, we offer a range of products, including prints, canvases, albums and more, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
